1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the classic car rental company Sadowa7 (hereinafter referred to as “lessor”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to as “lessee”) for the rental of classic cars.

2. Subject matter of the contract

The subject of the contract is the temporary, paid loan of vintage vehicles for private use, particularly for events, photo shoots, or leisure trips. Use for commercial or motorsport purposes is prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the vehicles on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to book. The booking by the renter is a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon a booking confirmation from the rental company via email or in writing.

4. Prices and payment terms

All prices quoted are final prices. Due to the application of the small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), no VAT is charged.
Payment is made in advance, in cash upon collection or by separate agreement.

Upon handover of the vehicle, the renter must pay a deposit of €200 in cash to the rental company.

5. Rental period, handover and return

The rental period depends on the period agreed in the rental agreement.
The vehicle will be handed over and returned at the agreed time and location. Additional fees may apply for late return.

6. Tenant’s obligations

• The renter is obliged to treat the vehicle carefully and to use it only in accordance with the applicable traffic regulations.

• The vehicle may only be driven by the persons specified in the rental agreement.

• Damage and accidents must be reported to the landlord immediately.

• The tenant is liable for damage caused by improper use.

7. Liability and insurance

The vehicles are fully comprehensive insured with a renter's deductible of €1,000.
The tenant is liable for damages caused by the tenant's own fault within the scope of the statutory provisions. The landlord is not liable for failures caused by force majeure or unforeseeable defects.

8. Withdrawal and cancellation

Cancellation of the contract is possible at any time. In the case of short-term cancellation (less than 7 days before the start of the rental period), a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price may be charged.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, which is available on the website.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin if the tenant is a merchant or a legal entity.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
