Anyone who can drive a normal car with a manual transmission will have no problem driving a Trabant.
The most striking difference from other vehicles is the so-called steering column gearshift. In the Trabant, the gearshift lever is located behind the steering wheel, and the gear arrangement is easy to explain.
The Trabant's transmission shifts smoothly and precisely, making it easy to get used to it after a short time.
We will meet at the agreed time at Ehrenfelsstraße 9 in 10318 Berlin.
This is followed by an introduction to vehicle operation and we look at the vehicle together.

Please allow 15 minutes for instruction and processing of the handover protocol.
Sample handover protocol:
Yes, an additional driver can be included in the rental agreement. This additional driver must be present at the time of vehicle pick-up and present a valid driver's license and ID card.
The same terms and conditions apply as for the main tenant.
The cost for the additional driver is €20 per rental.
